The invention discloses a shock insulation support with a resettable rigid sliding block. The shock insulation support comprises a resetting mechanism and a sliding mechanism. The sliding mechanism comprises a rigid sliding block, an upper support plate and a lower support plate. The rigid sliding block which is vertically arranged penetrates out of a center hole of the reset steel plate and is fixedly connected with the reset steel plate, and the two ends of the rigid sliding block are matched with the upper support plate and the lower support plate respectively. The reset mechanism comprises a reset steel plate and two layers of rubber springs, one end of a whole formed by sequentially connecting the upper-layer rubber spring, the reset steel plate and the lower-layer rubber spring is connected with the upper support plate, and the other end of the whole is connected with the lower support plate; and the upper support plate, the reset steel plate and the lower support plate are arranged in parallel up and down. The rigid sliding block can be reset without a power engine and manual reset, and better stability is achieved.
