A preparation method of mosaic structure zirconium tungstate/zirconium oxide composite powder belongs to the field of ceramic composite materials, and comprises the following specific steps: synchronously adding a zirconium oxychloride aqueous solution and a sodium tungstate aqueous solution which are equal in volume into a nano zirconium oxide aqueous solution; stirring in a water bath environment at 60-70 DEG C; hydrochloric acid is added into the prepared solution until the hydrogen ion concentration is 2-3 mol/L, heat preservation and stirring are continued, a precursor suspension of the composite powder is obtained, and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate is added into the precursor suspension or in any step before the precursor solution is obtained; and putting the precursor suspension into a reaction kettle, sealing, carrying out heat preservation for at least 500 minutes in an environment of 175-185 DEG C, cooling, collecting powder precipitates, carrying out alcohol aging, washing and drying, and then calcining at 450-600 DEG C to obtain the zirconium tungstate/zirconium oxide composite powder with the mosaic structure. The method effectively inhibits interface debonding of the composite material after thermal strain.
一种镶嵌结构钨酸锆/氧化锆复合粉体的制备方法,属于陶瓷复合材料领域,具体步骤如下:将等体积的氧氯化锆水溶液和钨酸钠水溶液同步加入到纳米氧化锆水溶液中;置入60~70℃的水浴环境下搅拌;将盐酸加入到制备的溶液内直到氢离子浓度为2~3mol/L,并继续保温搅拌,得到复合粉体的前驱体悬浊液,在前驱体悬浊液中或在得到前驱体溶液之前的任一步骤里加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠;将前驱体悬浊液置入反应釜中密封,175~185℃环境保温至少500min,冷却后收集粉末沉淀并进行酒精陈腐、洗涤、烘干,然后在450~600℃下进行煅烧,得到镶嵌结构钨酸锆/氧化锆复合粉体。本发明有效抑制复合材料在热应变后发生界面脱粘。
