Cover-excavation top-down V column structure and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a construction method of a V-shaped column structure. A top plate, a middle plate and a bottom plate are sequentially excavated and erected, two or more temporary steel pipe columns are vertically arranged below the middle of the top plate, a top node column is installed at the designated position of the top plate, a middle node column is installed at the designated position of the middle plate, and a positioning support is installed at the designated position of the bottom plate. The middle columns are hoisted to designated positions through a crane and welded and fixed after cross section alignment, concrete is poured into the pouring formwork, and the pouring formwork is dismantled to obtain the V-shaped columns; and the temporary steel pipe column is dismantled, and the top plate load is transferred to the V column. The nodes of the V-shaped columns at the top plate and the middle plate need to be pre-embedded and installed in the plate construction process, so that the integrity of the nodes and each layer of plate is guaranteed, and the anti-seismic capacity is improved; after construction of the top joint column, the middle joint column and the bottom joint column is completed, the middle column is hoisted through a crane, finally, after the middle column and the joint columns are welded in an aligned mode, the V-shaped column wrapping steel bars and concrete are constructed.
本发明公开了一种V柱结构的施工方法,依次开挖架设顶板、中板和底板,并在顶板中部下方垂直设置两根或两根以上的临时钢管柱,在顶板指定位置安装顶部节点柱,在中板指定位置安装中部节点柱,在底板指定位置安装定位支座;采用吊车将中间柱分别吊至指定位置,通过截面对位后焊接固定,并在浇筑模板内浇筑混凝土,拆除浇筑模板获得V柱;拆除临时钢管柱,使顶板荷载转移至V柱上。本申请的V柱在顶板、中板处的节点需要在板施工过程中预埋安装,以保证节点与各层板的整体性,提高抗震能力;本申请顶部节点柱与中部节点柱、底部节点柱施工完成后,采用吊车吊装中间柱,最后将中间柱与各节点柱对位焊接后,施工V柱外包钢筋和混凝土。
