Application method of composite bamboo pin in bamboo/wood-based engineering combined component
The invention relates to application of a bamboo pin, in particular to an application method of a composite bamboo pin in a bamboo/wood-based engineering combined component, and aims to overcome the defects in the prior art, reduce the use of an adhesive, improve the integrity and safety of the component and improve the structural assembly rate. The composite bamboo pins are used as shearing force connecting pieces to connect different parts of the engineering component; by utilizing the characteristics that the composite bamboo is high in shear strength and similar in mechanical property with a bamboo/wood material, the composite bamboo pin is used as a shear connecting piece to completely or partially replace an adhesive to connect different parts of an engineering combined component, so that the overall stress performance of the engineering combined component is ensured. Compared with a metal connecting piece, the composite bamboo pin can effectively avoid pressure bearing damage of a pin hole of a bamboo/wood component, the glue applying amount is reduced, the manufacturing cost is reduced, the phenomenon of component strength inconsistency caused by uneven manual gluing is avoided, and prediction of the mechanical property of a combined component and establishment of a design method are facilitated.
本发明涉及一种竹制销钉的应用,尤其涉及一种复合竹制销钉在竹/木基工程组合构件中的应用方法,其目的在于克服现有技术上的缺陷,减少胶粘剂使用,提升构件整体性和安全性,提高结构装配率;将复合竹制销钉作为剪力连接件,连接工程构件的不同部件;利用复合竹材抗剪强度高及复合竹材与竹/木材料力学性能相近的特点,将复合竹制销钉作为剪力连接件,完全或部分替代胶粘剂,连接工程组合构件的不同部件,保证工程组合构件整体受力性能。相比金属连接件,复合竹制销钉可有效避免竹/木部件销孔承压破坏,减少施胶量,降低造价,避免人工涂胶不均造成的构件强度不一致现象,有助组合构件力学性能的预测和设计方法的建立。
