Winding bamboo-wood composite round combined component and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a winding bamboo-wood composite round combined component and a preparation method thereof. The component is mainly characterized by being composed of a main body tube body, apin rod and two screw-shaped components with nuts. The inner center of the main body tube body is a round bamboo tube directly processed from a natural original bamboo, a bamboo-wood composite layer,the thickness of which is not smaller than 15 mm, clings to the center round bamboo tube, a transverse wound reinforcing layer, the thickness of which is 3-20 mm, clings to the bamboo-wood composite layer, and a decorative layer clings to the transverse wound reinforcing layer. The bamboo-wood composite layer is formed by winding bamboo skin and wood skin alternately, and directions of bamboo fibers and wood fibers are consistent with the axis direction of the main body tube body. The fiber direction of the transverse wound reinforcing layer and the axis direction of the main body tube body form an included angle of 45-90 degrees, and the decorative layer can be made from a bamboo material and a wooden material and can be drawing paper made from various materials. Materials of the two screw-shaped components with nuts are formed by winding bamboo-wood material composite material veneers. The inner part of the component either can be hollow or can be filled with one or more materials. The winding bamboo-wood composite round combined component exploits a novel path of using bamboo and wood.
本发明涉及一种缠绕竹木复合圆形组合构件及制备方法,该构件的主要特点是,构件由主体筒身、销杆、两个呈带螺帽的螺杆形状的构件组成。主体筒身内部中心为由天然原竹直接加工而成的圆形竹质筒,紧贴中心圆形竹质筒的为厚度不小于15mm的竹木复合层,紧贴竹木复合层的为厚度3mm‑20mm的横向缠绕增强层,紧贴横向缠绕增强层为装饰层。竹木复合层由竹皮和木皮交错缠绕而成,竹纤维和木纤维的方向均同主体筒身轴线方向一致;横向缠绕增强层的纤维方向同筒身轴线方向呈45°‑90°的夹角,装饰层可以是竹质材料、木质材料、也可以是各类材料制作的画纸等。两个呈带螺帽的螺杆形状的构件的材料构成均由竹木材料复合材单板缠绕而成。构件内部既可以是空心,也可以被一种或多种材料填充。本发明开拓了竹材、木材利用的新途径。
