The invention provides a walking deviation rectifying method and system and a crawler-type working machine, and relates to the technical field of working machineries, the method is applied to the crawler-type working machine, and the method comprises the steps that state parameters including the running speed of a first crawler belt and the running speed of a second crawler belt of the crawler-type working machine during walking of the crawler-type working machine are obtained; on the basis of the running speed of the first crawler belt and the running speed of the second crawler belt, the walking deviation amount of the crawler-type operation machine is obtained; and based on the walking deviation amount, the current of a first proportional electromagnetic valve and/or a second proportional electromagnetic valve of the crawler-type operation machine is adjusted till the running speed of the first crawler belt is the same as the running speed of the second crawler belt. The method is used for overcoming the defect that in the prior art, only the walking deviation phenomenon caused by the difference of hydraulic pumps and the difference of oil ways between the hydraulic pumps and the corresponding walking motors can be corrected, and consequently walking deviation of the operation machine cannot be completely and effectively avoided, and accurate and effective correction of walking deviation of the operation machine is achieved.
