The invention discloses ultra-high performance concrete based on waste brick recycled micro powder and a preparation method of the ultra-high performance concrete. The concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 977 parts of Portland cement, 134.34 to 207.61 parts of silica fume, 36.64 to 109.91 parts of waste brick recycled micro powder, 801.14 parts of fine aggregate, 37.13 to 41.64 parts of polycarboxylate superplasticizer and 195.41 parts of water. By doping the waste brick regenerated micro powder, not only can the compressive strength and bending strength of the ultra-high performance concrete be improved, but also the self-shrinkage cracking risk of the concrete can be effectively reduced. Meanwhile, waste utilization is achieved, and the material cost and carbon emission are effectively reduced. According to the present invention, the countercurrent principle or the transverse flow principle is adopted, the rotary mixing stirrer is adopted, such that the unexpected advantages are provided for the raw material mixing, especially the low water-binder ratio mixture mixing, and the performance of the final product can be substantially improved.
本发明公开了一种基于废弃砖再生微粉的超高性能混凝土及其制备方法,该混凝土包括以下重量份原料制成:硅酸盐水泥977份、硅灰134.34‑207.61份、废弃砖再生微粉36.64‑109.91份、细骨料801.14份、聚羧酸减水剂37.13‑41.64份、水195.41份。本发明掺杂废弃砖再生微粉,不但能提高超高性能混凝土的抗压强度和抗弯强度,还能有效降低混凝土的自收缩开裂风险。同时,实现废物利用,有效降低了材料成本和碳排放。本发明利用逆流原理或横向流原理,采用旋转式混合搅拌机,对于原料的混合,尤其是对于低水胶比混合物混合,具有意想不到的优势,可以大大提高最终产品的性能。
