The invention relates to the field of concrete, and particularly discloses high-strength concrete and a production process thereof. The invention relates to a production process of high-strength concrete, which comprises the following steps: 1) putting wind sand in desert into a nitric acid solution with the concentration of 3-5%, soaking for 48 hours or more, and filtering to obtain acid-washed sand; 2) exposing and drying the pickled sand in the sun to obtain pretreated sand; 3) uniformly mixing the pretreated sand, stone powder and an adhesive to obtain a mixture; 4) injecting the mixture into a mold, and curing to form a mixed block; (5) crushing the mixed blocks, and sieving to obtain machine-made sand; the method comprises the following steps of (1) adding machine-made sand and an additive into the pre-mixed material, (2) adding the machine-made sand and the additive into the pre-mixed material, and uniformly stirring to obtain a concrete mixture, and (3) pouring the concrete mixture into a mold, and carrying out maintenance and demolding to obtain the high-strength concrete.The method has the advantages that the wind sand is fully utilized to relieve the river sand shortage phenomenon.
