The invention discloses a novel fabricated building outer wall waterproof and fireproof insulation board and a manufacturing method thereof, and relates to the technical field of constructional engineering.The method comprises the following steps that basic aggregate of an inner wall board is prepared and mixed, and mixing is conducted for 180 s; ePS particles and a flame retardant are added into the basic aggregate, and flame-retardant aggregate is obtained; arranging the preset external wall panels side by side, and pouring flame-retardant aggregate into the preset external wall panels; carrying out roll forming and demolding to obtain the flame-retardant wallboard; performing nanocrystallization on the water repellent agent; and spraying the nanocrystallized water repellent agent on the surface of the flame-retardant wallboard. By the adoption of the technical scheme, the EPS particles playing a role in heat preservation and the flame retardant playing a role in blocking combustion of the EPS particles are doped into the basic aggregate such as the cement mortar, on the basis that the heat preservation effect is not affected, the heat preservation wallboard is cut off from the fire breakout possibility from the source, meanwhile, the outer surface of the wallboard formed through rolling is coated with the nano-crystallized water repellent agent, and the heat preservation effect of the wallboard is improved. The hydrophobic agent can be attached to the wallboard for a longer time, so that liquid on the wallboard is drained, and the situation that the wallboard permeates water is avoided.
