The invention relates to the field of inorganic nonmetal materials, in particular to inorganic nonmetal low-temperature sintered ceramic powder and a preparation method thereof.The ceramic powder is prepared from, by weight, 35-45 parts of low-melting-point glass powder and 25-35 parts of nucleating agent; the particle size distribution D50 of the ceramic powder is 1-3 [mu] m and is in normal distribution. Compared with the existing ceramic sintering process with the temperature of 860-1650 DEG C and the sintering time of 3-16 hours, the low-temperature sintered ceramic powder disclosed by the invention only needs the low-temperature sintering temperature of 480-780 DEG C and the sintering time of 8-60 minutes; the low-temperature and short-time sintering environment-friendly and energy-saving process can realize ceramic product sintering, is friendly to human body and atmospheric environment, and can save more sintering energy and reduce pollutant emission.
本发明涉及无机非金属材料领域,更具体地,本发明涉及一种无机非金属低温烧结的陶瓷粉及其制备方法,按重量份计,陶瓷粉制备原料包括35‑45份低熔点玻璃粉、25‑35份成核剂;所述陶瓷粉的粒径分布为D50为1‑3μm且呈正态分布。与现有陶瓷烧结工艺温度为860‑1650℃、烧结时间3‑16小时相比,本申请的低温烧结的陶瓷粉只需要480‑780℃的低温烧结温度和8‑60分钟的烧结时间;本申请低温、短时间烧结的环保节能工艺可实现陶瓷产品烧制,且对人体和大气环境友好,可节省较多的烧结能源和减少污染物排放。
