Hafnium oxide ceramic nanofiber and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses hafnium oxide ceramic nanofibers and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, dissolving a high polymer material in a proper solvent to obtain a high polymer solution with certain viscosity; then adding a hafnium oxide precursor into the polymer solution to obtain a spinning precursor mixed solution; spraying the precursor mixed solution onto a receiver by adopting a solution jet spinning method to obtain a composite fiber; and finally, carrying out heat treatment on the obtained composite fiber at a certain temperature to obtain the hafnium oxide ceramic nanofiber. The preparation process is simple, the cost is low, the efficiency is high, and the hafnium oxide ceramic nanofiber prepared by the method is relatively good in flexibility and resistant to high temperature, and has a good application prospect in the fields of aerospace, high-temperature air filtration, catalyst carriers, fireproof suits and the like.
本发明公开了一种氧化铪陶瓷纳米纤维及其制备方法。本发明的制备方法包括:首先将高分子材料溶解在适当的溶剂中,得到具有一定粘度的高分子溶液;然后将氧化铪前驱体添加到上述高分子溶液中,得到纺丝前驱体混合溶液;采用溶液喷射纺丝方法将前驱体混合溶液喷射到接收器上,得到复合纤维;最后将得到的复合纤维在一定温度下进行热处理,得到氧化铪陶瓷纳米纤维。本发明的制备工艺简单,成本低,效率高,本发明制备所得的氧化铪陶瓷纳米纤维柔性较好,耐高温,在航空航天、高温空气过滤、催化剂载体、防火服等领域具有良好的应用前景。
