The invention provides a supporting anchor cable and a fixing structure. The supporting anchor cable comprises an inner steel strand and an outer steel strand, the multiple outer steel strands are arranged in the circumferential direction of the inner steel strand at intervals; the locking structure comprises a main locking ring, an auxiliary locking ring and an inner locking ring, the two ends of the main locking ring are detachably connected with the two ends of the auxiliary locking ring correspondingly, the multiple outer steel strands penetrate through a cavity defined by the main locking ring and the auxiliary locking ring, and the main locking ring and the auxiliary locking ring clamp the multiple outer steel strands; one end of the inner locking ring is connected with the main locking ring, the other end of the inner locking ring penetrates through the auxiliary locking ring, and the inner steel strand penetrates through the inner locking ring and is in interference fit with the inner locking ring. According to the scheme, the main locking ring and the auxiliary locking ring which are independent of each other are adopted, and the inner locking ring and the inner steel strand are arranged to be in interference fit, so that compared with a traditional ring tooth mode, the situation of falling is not prone to occurring, and the stability and reliability of the structure are better guaranteed.
