Anchor Supporting Structure for Fixing Stone of Building
The present invention relates to an anchor support for fixing a construction stone, which comprises: a wedge unit (10) which is fixed by being inserted into an anchor hole (1a) formed on a wall body (1) in a building, has a vertically penetrating female screw unit (11), and has a taper unit (11) expanding toward the bottom end thereof; an anchor bolt (20) which has a male screw unit (21) to be combined with the female screw unit (11) of the wedge unit (10); a sleeve (30) which is inserted and combined loosely into the male screw unit (21) of the anchor bolt (20) when the anchor bolt (20) is inserted for combination, which has a plurality of cutting units (31) formed at the bottom end part in a long shape in the longitudinal direction and radially placed at a fixed angle, which is fixed to the anchor hole (1a) by being widened along the cutting unit (31) by the wedge unit (10) through a blow of a tool, and which penetrates an insulation material (2); a sleeve reinforcing pipe (40) which is combined with the outer periphery in the upper part of the sleeve (30), and reinforces the sleeve (30); a sleeve fastening bracket (50) which is fixed at the top end unit of the sleeve (30); and a stone fixing bracket (60) which is combined with the male screw unit (21) of the anchor bolt (20), and fixes a stone (3) to the outer side of the insulation material (2). Therefore, the anchor support for fixing a construction stone can prevent drooping of an exterior material such as a stone fixed to the sleeve even though the anchor bolt is drooped, by minimizing a gap between the anchor bolt and the sleeve.
본 발명의 건축용 석재고정 앙카 지지구는, 건축물 벽체(1)에 형성된 앙카공(1a)에 끼워져 고정되며 상하로 관통된 암나사부(11)가 형성되고 하단부로 갈수록 확장되도록 테이퍼지게 테이퍼부(11)가 형성된 쐐기부(10); 상기 쐐기부(10)의 암나사부(11)에 결합되는 수나사부(21)가 형성된 앵커볼트(20); 상기 앵커볼트(20)가 삽입되어 결합되되 상기 앵커볼트(20)의 수나사부(21)에 헐거운 끼워맞춤결합으로 결합되며, 하단부위에 길이방향으로 길게 형성되며 일정각도를 이루어 방사형으로 배치된 복수의 절개부(31)가 형성되고, 공구의 타격으로 상기 쐐기부(10)에 의해 상기 절개부(31)를 따라 벌어져 상기 앙카공(1a)에 고정되며, 단열재(2)를 관통하도록 설치되는 슬리브(30); 상기 슬리브(30)의 상부 외주연에 결합되며 상기 슬리브(30)를 보강하는 슬리브보강관(40); 상기 슬리브(30)의 상단부에 고정되는 슬리브 조임용 브라켓(50); 상기 앵커볼트(20)의 수나사부(21)에 결합되며 상기 단열재(2)의 외부에 석재(3)를 고정되도록 하는 석재고정용 브라켓(60); 을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Therefore, the anchor support for fixing a construction stone can prevent drooping of an exterior material such as a stone fixed to the sleeve even though the anchor bolt is drooped, by minimizing a gap between the anchor bolt and the sleeve.
