The invention discloses a hybrid composite beam cable-stayed bridge cable crane bearing cable beam end self-anchoring structure which comprises a steel wire rope body, a winding plate is arranged at one end of the steel wire rope body, the winding plate is bent and folded along the outer contour line of the winding plate, and a first section sleeve and a second section sleeve are arranged on the folding part of the steel wire rope body. The first section sleeve and the second section sleeve each comprise two symmetrically-distributed locking plate pieces, the second section sleeve is located at the position close to the winding plate, and a fixing ball is fixedly installed at the tail end, located at the position of the first section sleeve, of the steel wire rope body. Threading grooves matched with the steel wire rope body are formed in the upper portions and the lower portions of the interiors of the first section sleeve and the second section sleeve correspondingly, and inner connecting sleeves are fixedly installed on the middle portions of the interiors of the first section sleeve and the second section sleeve. In the using process, automatic fastening between the steel wire ropes is achieved through the pulling force in the self-fastening process, and extra operation of maintainers is not needed.
