The integral anti-seepage structure comprises a bottom anti-seepage structure and a top anti-seepage structure, the bottom anti-seepage structure comprises a base layer, a lower protection layer, an anti-seepage layer, an upper protection layer and a hardened ground layer which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, and under the protection effect of the upper protection layer and the lower protection layer, the hardened ground layer and the base layer clamp the anti-seepage layer between the hardened ground layer and the base layer; the top anti-seepage structure comprises a covering layer and a ballasting structure, polluted soil to be temporarily stored is placed on the hardened ground layer, the covering layer covers the polluted soil and is welded to the portion, extending out of one side of the bottom anti-seepage structure, of the anti-seepage layer, and the ballasting structure is arranged on the upper surface of the covering layer in a pressed mode.
