The invention provides an anti-seepage covering structure for a polluted site. The anti-seepage covering structure comprises a reinforced layer, an anti-seepage layer, a protection layer, a drainage layer, an inverted filter layer, a water-containing water storage layer and a planting soil layer which are stacked upwards from the polluted site. The reinforced layer comprises a two-way geogrid; the protective layer comprises filament non-woven geotextile; the drainage layer comprises gravels; and the inverted filter layer comprises a woven geotextile. The multi-layer covering structure is arranged on the polluted site, polluted water in the polluted site is prevented from seeping out, and then damage to the external environment of the polluted site is avoided. In addition, the anti-seepage performance is good, and the service life is prolonged.
