The limiting device has the advantages that the electromagnetic valve is controlled to cut off the pilot oil way when the rotary platform rotates to a preset position through the travel switch mounted on the rotary platform of the excavator, so that the rotary platform stops moving, the limiting purpose is achieved, the overall structure is simple, the preset position is adjustable, and the practicability is high. The safety of operation of the excavator in a narrow area is greatly improved, and the limiting device can be modified and installed on an existing excavator under the condition that other cost is not increased.
本发明提供一种挖掘机回转限位装置及具有该装置的挖掘机。其中回转限位装置通过连通或断开挖掘机的回转先导油路的方式对挖掘机回转平台转动动作进行限位，包括：左限位行程开关、右限位行程开关、左回转继电器、右回转继电器、左回转限位电磁阀、右回转限位电磁阀以及提供电能的电源。有益效果是通过安装在挖掘机回转平台上的行程开关实现当回转平台转动至预设位置时控制电磁阀将先导油路切断，从而使回转平台停止运动，达到限位的目的，整体结构简单，预设位置可调，大大提高了挖掘机在狭小区域内作业的安全性，并且本限位装置可在不增加其他成本的情况下在现有的挖掘机上进行改造安装。
