The invention discloses an intelligent prestress carbon fiber cloth control method which comprises the following steps: S1, respectively fixing and clamping two ends of a carbon fiber cloth, arranging a tension measuring device at one end, and winding the other end by using a winding device to improve the tensile prestress of the carbon fiber cloth; s2, after the tension sensor detects that the tensile prestress of the carbon fiber cloth reaches a corresponding strain value, winding of the carbon fiber cloth is stopped, and the tensile prestress is kept unchanged; s3, glue spraying treatment is automatically conducted on the two faces of the carbon fiber cloth, and meanwhile surface treatment is conducted on the concrete member needing to be reinforced; and S4, the surface of the concrete member is lifted to the side wall of the carbon fiber cloth, so that the carbon fiber cloth and the concrete member are fixed. The device is reasonable in design and ingenious in conception, the pre-stress stretching process, the gluing process and the pasting process of the carbon fiber cloth are all automatically and intelligently operated, the working efficiency is greatly improved, and the practicability is high.
本发明公开了智能预应力碳纤维布控制方法,包括以下步骤:S1、将碳纤维布两端分别固定夹持,一端设置有拉力测量设备,另一端用过收卷缠绕提高碳纤维布的拉伸预应力;S2、当拉力传感器探测到碳纤维布的拉伸预应力达到相应的应变值后,停止碳纤维布的收卷缠绕,保持拉伸预应力不变;S3、再自动对碳纤维布双面进行喷胶处理,同时对需加固的混凝土构件进行表面处理;S4、将混凝土构件的表面提升到碳纤维布的侧壁上,使得碳纤维布与混凝土构件相固定。本发明设计合理,构思巧妙,碳纤维布的预应力拉伸过程、涂胶过程和粘贴过程均采用自动化智能操作,大大提高了工作效率,实用性高。
