The invention discloses a method for separating hurricane in a mine laneway, and belongs to the technical field of coal mine safety production. The method comprises the steps that firstly, a cutting groove is formed in the periphery of a mine laneway, and a sliding rail mechanism is installed on the cutting groove; installing a hurricane-preventing device which comprises a hurricane-preventing door, a traction mechanism, a triggering mechanism and a transmission mechanism; the hurricane-proof air door comprises a door frame and an anti-impact body located in the door frame, pulleys are connected to the bottom of the door frame, and the pulleys are embedded into the corresponding sliding rail mechanisms. The anti-impact body comprises a containing cavity and a non-Newtonian fluid located in the containing cavity. Based on the principle of non-Newtonian fluid, the viscosity of the non-Newtonian fluid is changed along with the increase of external pressure, and when a large-range top plate of a goaf falls instantly and hurricane is generated in a roadway, the non-Newtonian fluid in the anti-impact body can become a hard anti-impact structure instantly under the impact of external force, so that the anti-impact performance of the roadway is improved. And the hurricane in the roadway is isolated.
本发明公开了一种矿井巷道内飓风的隔断方法,属于煤矿安全生产技术领域。该方法包括:首先在矿井巷道的周边布置切割槽,并在切割槽上安装滑轨机构;然后安装防飓风装置,包括防飓风门、牵引机构、触发机构以及传动机构;防飓风门包括门框和位于门框内的防冲击体,在门框的底部连接有滑轮,将滑轮嵌入在对应的滑轨机构中;防冲击体包括容纳腔体以及位于容纳腔体内的非牛顿流体。本发明利用非牛顿流体的原理,随着外部压强的增大非牛顿流体的粘度也会随之发生变化,当采空区大范围顶板瞬间跨落进而在巷道内产生飓风时,防冲击体中的非牛顿流体在外力冲击下可以瞬间变成硬质抵抗冲击的结构,来隔断巷道内飓风。
