The invention discloses a multi-stage hurricane prevention device for a mine roadway and a working method of the device, and belongs to the technical field of coal mine safety production. The hurricane-preventing device comprises a first hurricane-preventing mechanism, a second hurricane-preventing mechanism and a third hurricane-preventing mechanism, wherein each hurricane-preventing mechanism comprises a hurricane-preventing door, a traction mechanism and a triggering mechanism; the hurricane prevention air door comprises a door frame and an anti-impact body located in the door frame, and pulleys are connected to the side portions of the door frame and embedded into the corresponding sliding rail mechanisms. The anti-impact body comprises a containing cavity and a non-Newtonian fluid located in the containing cavity. Based on the principle of non-Newtonian fluid, the viscosity of the non-Newtonian fluid is changed along with the increase of external pressure, and when a large-range top plate of a goaf falls instantly and hurricane is generated in a roadway, the non-Newtonian fluid in the anti-impact body can become a hard anti-impact structure instantly under the impact of external force, so that the anti-impact performance of the roadway is improved. And the hurricane in the roadway is isolated.
本发明公开了一种用于矿井巷道的多级防飓风装置及其装置的工作方法,属于煤矿安全生产技术领域。其包括第一防飓风机构、第二防飓风机构以及第三防飓风机构,每个防飓风机构均包括防飓风门、牵引机构以及触发机构;防飓风门包括门框和位于门框内的防冲击体,在门框的侧部连接有滑轮,将滑轮嵌入在对应的滑轨机构中;防冲击体包括容纳腔体以及位于容纳腔体内的非牛顿流体。本发明利用非牛顿流体的原理,随着外部压强的增大非牛顿流体的粘度也会随之发生变化,当采空区大范围顶板瞬间跨落进而在巷道内产生飓风时,防冲击体中的非牛顿流体在外力冲击下可以瞬间变成硬质抵抗冲击的结构,来隔断巷道内飓风。
