The invention relates to equipment and a method for producing a magnesia product by adopting a suspension preheating rotary kiln one-step method, and the production line equipment is a middle-grade magnesia sand rotary kiln production line which is directly calcined by adopting a suspension preheating one-step method and is subjected to fire-resistant reburning, so that the problem that a reverberatory furnace cannot be used for calcining particles and powdery materials of which the particle size is less than 20mm is solved. Materials are preheated by waste heat of the rotary kiln through the suspension preheater and then are calcined in the rotary kiln to produce magnesia sand, comprehensive utilization of magnesite is improved, practice proves that all indexes meet the design requirements, the single kiln capacity is large and can be copied, and the comprehensive energy-saving and emission-reducing effects are remarkable. The device is high in automatic control degree and performance reliability, and plays a demonstration role in transformation and upgrading of the magnesite industry technology. The suspension preheater is utilized to fully recycle the waste heat at the tail of the calcining kiln, and the 0-10mm mineral powder is fully preheated in the suspension preheater and then enters the rotary kiln to be calcined, so that the calcining energy consumption and the environmental pollution are greatly reduced.
本发明涉及一种采用悬浮预热回转窑一步法生产镁砂产品的设备及方法,其生产线设备是一种通过悬浮预热一步法直接煅烧、耐火重烧、中档氧化镁砂回转窑生产线,解决了将反射炉不能煅烧20mm以下颗粒及粉状物料的难题,用回转窑余热通过悬浮预热器将物料预热后再至回转烧窑煅烧,生产氧化镁砂,提高了菱镁矿的综合利用,通过实践证明各项指标均达到了设计要求,单窑产能大可复制、综合节能减排效果显著。本发明设备自动控制程度和性能可靠性高,为菱镁产业技术转型升级起到了示范作用。利用悬浮预热器、对煅烧窑尾余热进行充分回收利用,将0~10mm矿粉在悬浮预热器内充分预热后再进入回转窑内煅烧,大大节省了煅烧能耗和对环境的污染。
