The invention discloses an environment-friendly iron runner castable with excellent slag corrosion resistance. The environment-friendly iron runner castable comprises the following components: 57-62% of brown aluminum oxide; 6-8% of compact corundum; 15-25% of silicon carbide; 2-3% of nodular graphite; 1-1.5% of composite calcium aluminate cement; 1.5-2% of silicon dioxide micro powder; 4-7% of alumina micro powder; 2-4% of titanium dioxide micro powder; 1.3 to 2.5% of a composite antioxidant; 0.1 to 0.2 percent of an anti-explosion agent; 0.03 to 0.05 percent of a surfactant; and 0.1-0.15% of a high efficiency water reducing agent. The castable is excellent in slag iron corrosion resistance, low in consumption of refractory materials per ton of iron, free of toxic and harmful smoke in the using process, environment-friendly and wide in application prospect.
