The invention discloses a mass concrete self-restraint crack control method which comprises the following steps: firstly, arranging reinforcing steel bars of a to-be-constructed mass concrete structure, and arranging a layer of non-dismantling template net on the inner side of the reinforcing steel bar on the outermost layer of the to-be-constructed mass concrete structure; an outer formwork is arranged on the periphery of the non-dismantling formwork net according to the boundary dimension of the concrete structure to be constructed, and a certain distance is reserved between the outer formwork and the non-dismantling formwork net; then, micro-expansion concrete is poured in the area between the non-dismantling formwork net and the outer formwork, and concrete which has no expansion effect in the original proportion is poured in the area on the inner side of the non-dismantling formwork net; in the curing process after initial setting of the concrete, the micro-expansion concrete poured on the outer side of the non-dismantling formwork net generates micro-expansion, the concrete on the inner side of the non-dismantling formwork net is originally designed concrete and has no expansion effect, the inner surface shrinkage difference of the large-size concrete structure is reduced under the expansion effect of the micro-expansion concrete, and the construction quality of the large-size concrete structure is improved. And therefore, the self-constraint cracking of the mass concrete structure is reduced or avoided.
本发明公开了一种大体积混凝土自约束裂缝控制方法,首先布设待构建的大体积混凝土结构的钢筋,在待构建的大体积混凝土结构的最外层钢筋内侧设置一层免拆模板网,在免拆模板网外围按照待构建的混凝土结构的外形尺寸布设外摸板,外摸板和免拆模板网之间留有一定距离;然后在免拆模板网和外摸板之间的区域浇筑微膨胀混凝土,在免拆模板网内侧区域浇筑原配比无膨胀效果的混凝土;在混凝土初凝后的养护过程中,免拆模板网外侧浇筑的微膨胀混凝土产生微膨胀,而免拆模板网内侧混凝土为原设计混凝土,没有膨胀效果,在微膨胀混凝土的膨胀作用下减小了大体积混凝土结构内表收缩差,进而减少或避免了大体积混凝土结构自约束开裂。
