Zirconia whisker reinforced zirconia ceramic and forming method thereof
The invention discloses zirconia whisker reinforced zirconia ceramic and a forming method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of zirconia ceramic. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) adding ceramic slurry into a DLP (Digital Light Processing) printer to print into a green body, and then cleaning and post-curing to obtain a zirconium oxide whisker reinforced zirconium oxide ceramic green body; the ceramic slurry comprises a photosensitive resin mixed solution, zirconium oxide powder and zirconium oxide whiskers; and (2) degreasing and sintering the zirconium oxide whisker reinforced zirconium oxide ceramic green body obtained in the step (1) to obtain the zirconium oxide whisker reinforced zirconium oxide ceramic. According to the invention, the zirconia whisker is used as a reinforcing body to be doped into the slurry, and the required zirconia whisker reinforced zirconia ceramic structure is successfully prepared through a 3D printing technology.
本发明公开了一种氧化锆晶须增强氧化锆陶瓷及其成型方法,属于氧化锆陶瓷技术领域。该制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)将陶瓷浆料加入DLP打印机中打印成坯体,再进行清洗和后固化,得到氧化锆晶须增强氧化锆陶瓷坯体;所述陶瓷浆料包括光敏树脂混合液、氧化锆粉体和氧化锆晶须;(2)将步骤(1)所得氧化锆晶须增强氧化锆陶瓷坯体进行脱脂烧结,得到氧化锆晶须增强氧化锆陶瓷。本发明以氧化锆晶须为增强体掺入浆料中,通过3D打印技术成功制备出所需的氧化锆晶须增强氧化锆陶瓷结构。
