The invention relates to the technical field of foundation pit construction, and discloses an inclined pile construction method which comprises the following steps: S1, adjusting an equipment vertical frame to a pile body inclination angle according to design requirements within a range needing to be constructed, and obtaining an inclined pile hole with a standard inclination angle through drilling and hole forming; s2, plastic flow concrete is injected into the pile hole through a concrete pressure pump, the long screw drill rod, the blades and the drilled soil loosening body are extruded out of or pulled out of the pile hole together through the action of reverse pressure or upward pulling force, and a pile body is formed; s3, the pile machine and the vertical frame are transversely moved, and the reinforcement cage is aligned to the pile position; s4, the reinforcement cage is inserted into concrete of the inclined pile body through the vibration impact effect of the impact type vibration hammer, a complete inclined pile body is formed, and in the construction process, if special situations occur, the drill rod can be forcibly pressed into the soil body through the pressurization effect of a winch or oil pressure, and the reinforcement cage is forcibly inserted into concrete in an inclined pile hole; and S5, pulling out the inserting rod pipe, and completing pile forming. The method disclosed by the invention is efficient and convenient, and the supporting effect or inclined pulling acting force effect of the beaten inclined pile is obvious.
本发明涉及基坑施工技术领域,公开了一种斜桩施工方法,包括以下步骤:S1、在需要施工的范围内将设备立架调至按设计要求的桩体倾斜角度,通过钻进成孔,获得标准倾角的斜桩孔;S2、利用砼压力泵,向桩孔内注入流塑状砼,通过反向压力或上拔力作用,将长螺钻杆及叶片和被钻松土体,一道挤出或拔出桩孔,形成桩体;S3、横移桩机及立架,将钢筋笼对准桩位;S4、利用冲击型振动锤的振动冲击作用,将钢筋笼插入斜桩体砼内,形成完整的斜桩体,在施工过程中若遇特殊情况时还可以通过卷扬或油压的加压作用,将钻杆强行压入土体内、将钢筋笼强行插入斜桩孔内的混凝土内;S5、抽出插送棒管,成桩完成。本发明公开的方法高效便捷,打出的斜桩支撑作用或者斜拔作用力效果明显。
