The invention discloses a mounting method of a batter post cross beam structure. The inclined column and cross beam structure mounting method is used for mounting an inclined column and a cross beam and comprises the following steps that one end of the inclined column is connected with one end of the cross beam, the other end of the inclined column and the other end of the cross beam are kept in a free state, and the distance between the inclined column and the cross beam is gradually increased in the direction from the connecting end to the free end; preparing a rigid part and a flexible part, wherein the flexible part is longer than the rigid part; the two ends of a rigid part are connected with the inclined column and the cross beam respectively, the two ends of a flexible part are connected with the inclined column and the cross beam respectively, and the rigid part and the flexible part are sequentially arranged in the direction from the connecting end to the free end; hoisting the cross beam, and driving the inclined column to be hoisted; and the free ends of the cross beam and the inclined column are respectively connected with an external main body structure. According to the mounting method, preliminary fixing is conducted without a jig frame, the batter post cross beam is mounted in an integral hoisting mode, the influence of environmental factors is avoided, the construction cost is saved, and the construction efficiency is improved.
