The invention discloses a sliding beam column inclined plane embedded part installation method which comprises the steps that a portal frame is arranged at the position, to be installed, of a column top inclined plane embedded part, and a chain block is installed on the portal frame; preliminarily placing the column top slope embedded part in place by using a chain block; the top elevation, the longitudinal plane position and the transverse position of the column top slope embedded part are adjusted; an angle adjusting tool is installed on the top face of the column top inclined face embedded part, the right-angle plate is tightly attached to the top face of the column top inclined face embedded part, and the included angle of the angle adjusting tool is set to be a preset installation angle; the angle of the column top inclined plane embedded part is adjusted by retracting and releasing a chain block until a gradienter on the angle adjusting tool is horizontal, and then the column top inclined plane embedded part and a structural steel bar are firmly welded through a measure bar; after all the column top inclined surface embedded parts are installed, the beam surface inclined embedded parts are installed in a segmented mode; and concrete pouring is conducted after the inclined formwork is installed and fixed. The method is low in cost, high in installation speed, easy and convenient to operate, high in installation precision and good in adaptability and has great application prospects.
本发明公开了一种滑移梁柱斜面预埋件安装方法,步骤:在柱顶斜面预埋件待安装部位布置门架,并在门架上安装倒链;使用倒链将柱顶斜面预埋件初步就位;调整柱顶斜面预埋件的顶部标高、其纵向平面位置以及横向位置;在柱顶斜面预埋件顶面上安装角度调整工装,直角板与柱顶斜面预埋件顶面紧密贴合并将角度调整工装的夹角设定为预定安装角度;通过收放倒链,调整柱顶斜面预埋件的角度直至角度调整工装上的水平仪水平,再使用措施筋将柱顶斜面预埋件与结构钢筋焊接牢固;所有的柱顶斜面预埋件安装后分段安装梁面斜埋件;安装固定斜模板后进行混凝土浇筑。本发明的方法,成本低廉,安装速度快,操作较为简便,安装精度高且其适应性好,极具应用前景。
