The invention discloses an automatic safe deposit box unlocking system based on machine vision. The automatic safe deposit box unlocking system comprises a first hydraulic mechanical arm, a second hydraulic mechanical arm, a camera, an LED lamp, a key sleeve and a controller. The second hydraulic mechanical arm is arranged in the first hydraulic mechanical arm in a sleeving manner; the end, away from the first hydraulic mechanical arm, of the second hydraulic mechanical arm is connected with a key sleeve. A key is arranged in the key sleeve; the camera is located above the key sleeve, and the LED lamp is adjacent to the camera; the LED lamp is used for irradiating an illumination pattern which is the same as the sticker picture, and the sticker picture is stuck to a key hole of the safe deposit box; the camera is used for shooting a picture and an illumination graph of a sticker picture of a key hole of the safe deposit box; and the controller is used for comparing the picture with the illumination graph and controlling the key sleeve to move according to a comparison result so that the key sleeve is aligned with the key hole. According to the unlocking system, unlocking can be automatically completed, a worker does not need to conduct unlocking, and the unlocking accuracy is improved.
