Method for pulling out steel sheet piles left in construction
The method comprises the steps that a steel casing is arranged at the position where a pile foundation needs to be machined in a driving mode, and if the steel casing is driven and cannot be sunk in place, whether the left steel pipe pile appears or not is detected; the position of the left steel pipe pile is determined, the steel casing is re-arranged according to the position of the left steel pipe pile, and the left steel pipe pile is completely covered with the steel casing; water in the steel casing covering the left steel pipe pile is pumped out; two inserting grooves corresponding to the width of the left steel pipe pile are machined in the steel plate, a stiffening plate is formed, and full-length welding treatment is conducted; and the vibratory hammer applies force through the stiffening plate to pull out the left steel pipe pile. When the method is adopted for pulling out the left steel pipe pile, water can be separated, the left steel pipe pile cannot be pulled out, auxiliary pulling-out is conducted in the mode that the stiffening plates are fully welded on the inner wall and the outer wall of the old pipe pile, the vibration hammer is clamped on the stiffening plates to pull out the old pipe pile, direct stress on a top opening of the old pipe pile is avoided, the old pipe pile is prevented from being broken, and the service life of the old pipe pile is prolonged. The whole old pipe pile can be pulled out at a time, and the pulling-out efficiency is improved.
本发明公开了一种拔除施工遗留钢板桩的方法,在需要加工桩基的位置打设钢护筒,若钢护筒打设无法施沉到位,检测是否出现遗留钢管桩;确定遗留钢管桩的位置,根据遗留钢管桩的位置重新打设钢护筒,使遗留钢管桩完全被钢护筒罩住;将罩住遗留钢管桩的钢护筒内的水抽干;在钢板上加工与遗留钢管桩宽度相对应的2个插槽,形成加劲板,满焊处理;振动锤通过加劲板施力,拔除遗留钢管桩。采用上述方法拔除遗留钢管桩,既能把水隔开,又能不把遗留钢管桩拔断,采用加劲板在旧管桩内外壁满焊的方式进行辅助拔除,振动锤通过夹在加劲板上拔除旧管桩,避免了旧管桩顶口直接受力,防止旧管桩断裂,能够使旧管桩整根一次拔除,提高了拔除效率。
