Inner-support-free construction method suitable for oversized circular deep foundation pit
The invention provides an inner-support-free construction method suitable for a super-large circular deep foundation pit, which comprises the following steps of: firstly, pouring and constructing a fender post which is closed into a ring, pre-burying a plurality of layers of steel sleeves for anchor cable construction in the fender post, then breaking a pile head of the constructed fender post, stripping a pile head reinforcing steel bar, then anchoring into a crown beam when the crown beam is poured and constructed, and finally, constructing the super-large circular deep foundation pit. After construction of the fender posts is completed and the crown beams are closed into a circle, a first layer of earthwork is excavated and stopped when the first layer of earthwork is excavated to the position, not larger than 50 cm, of the bottom of the first waist beam, a first layer of anchor cables and the first waist beam are constructed immediately, and then the process is repeated to sequentially construct other layers of anchor cables and other waist beams till construction of the last waist beam is completed. The top beam and the multiple waist beams are closed to form a ring to form a reasonable arch axis so as to resist the pressure of soil on the outer side of the oversized circular deep foundation pit, an inner support does not need to be arranged, construction is more convenient and faster, the construction efficiency is high, the construction period can be shortened, and the safety in the whole construction process is high.
本发明提供了一种适用于超大圆形深基坑的无内支撑施工方法,首先浇筑施工封闭成环的围护桩,围护桩内预埋多层锚索施工用钢套筒,然后破除已施工完成的围护桩的桩头,将桩头钢筋剥离,然后在浇筑施工冠梁时锚入冠梁,围护桩施工完成且冠梁封闭成一圈后,开挖第一层土方,第一层土方开挖至第一道腰梁底部不大于50cm位置处时停止,立即施工第一层锚索以及第一道腰梁,之后重复上述过程依次施工其他层锚索以及其他道腰梁,直至最后一道腰梁施工完成。本发明利用冠梁和多道腰梁封闭成环形成合理拱轴线,来抵抗超大圆形深基坑外侧土压力,无需设置内支撑,施工更加方便快捷,施工效率高,有助于缩短工期,且整个施工过程中的安全性也较高。
