Temporary horizontal lifeline device
The invention relates to a temporary horizontal lifeline device which comprises a main frame, a middle shaft pivoted on the main frame, a drum and an outer gear fixed on the middle shaft, a wrench capable of driving the middle shaft to rotate, and a rope piece wound on the drum, a tooth groove is formed in the periphery of the outer gear, and a first spring is additionally installed on the main frame and used for providing acting force for the drum to wind the rope piece at any time. The main frame is provided with a brake structure and a pawl; the braking structure has a first state for limiting the tooth groove and a second state for releasing the tooth groove, so that the outer gear cannot rotate forwards or reversely in the first state; and the pawl is provided with a first position for meshing the tooth groove and a second position for releasing the tooth groove, so that the outer gear can only rotate in one direction at the first position. Therefore, the wire take-up device is simpler, more convenient and safer during wire take-up operation, and the problem of stress concentration of the known pawl can be effectively improved.
本发明是一种临时水平生命线装置，其包括：一主架、一枢设于主架的中轴、一固定于中轴的鼓及外齿轮、一能带动中轴自转的扳手、一圈绕于鼓的索件；前述外齿轮外周设齿槽，主架另外安装有第一弹簧，用以提供鼓具有随时卷收索件的作用力；该主架安装有制动结构及棘爪；制动结构具有限制齿槽的第一状态和释放齿槽的第二状态，令外齿轮在第一状态时无法正转及逆转；该棘爪则具有啮合齿槽的第一位置和释放齿槽的第二位置，使外齿轮在第一位置时仅能单向转动。借此便能使本发明在进行收线作业时更为简便及安全，且能有效改善习知棘爪应力集中的问题。
