The invention relates to the technical field of building construction safety protection, and particularly discloses a fabricated lifeline mounting device which is connected with a flange of an I-beam and comprises a clamping seat and a vertical rod connected with the clamping seat. The device is characterized in that the clamping seat comprises two groups of upper clamp seats provided with U-shaped grooves, fasteners used for fixing the upper clamp seats and the upper flange, and inclined struts connected with one group of the upper clamp seats and the vertical rod respectively; the vertical rod is connected with one group of upper clamp seats; one end of the inclined strut is connected with the other group of upper clamp seats, and the other end of the inclined strut is connected with the vertical rod; and the two groups of U-shaped grooves are oppositely arranged and are respectively clamped with the upper flange. Through the arrangement of the inclined supporting rods, the whole device and the steel beam are locked into a whole, the slipping risk is greatly reduced, and the stable bearing capacity is improved; and through arrangement of the fasteners and cooperation of the fasteners and the inclined struts, effective fixing of the clamping base is effectively achieved, and the situation that the clamping base moves, and use safety is affected is avoided.
