The invention particularly relates to a simple device and method for underwater bottom sealing concrete pouring, belongs to the technical field of civil engineering construction, and well solves the problems of high investment, high cost, heavy equipment, high workload and high error rate caused by insufficient first batch of concrete in an old method. A concrete pump truck is used for directly and gradually pouring concrete into the guide pipe provided with a rubber ball serving as a piston from the top end, water in the guide pipe is squeezed by means of the weight of the concrete pump truck to slowly sink to the bottom opening of the guide pipe, other simple measures are adopted to prevent the water from entering the guide pipe from the bottom opening, and finally the purpose of pouring all bottom sealing concrete is achieved. The device comprises a guide pipe, a connector, a balance weight, a rubber ball piston and a hanger.

本发明具体涉及一种水下封底混凝土浇筑的简易装置及方法，属于土木工程施工技术领域，很好地解决了旧方法投入大、成本高、设备笨重、工作量大以及因首批混凝土不足导致失误率高的问题。本发明使用混凝土泵车直接从顶端向设有皮球充当活塞的导管内逐步灌注混凝土并依靠其自身重量挤压管内的水缓慢下沉至导管底口，再采取其它简单措施使水不能从底口进入导管内并最终完成全部封底混凝土浇筑的目的。本发明装置包括导管、接头、配重、皮球活塞、悬挂器。
