The underwater concrete pouring construction method comprises the steps that an underwater concrete pouring distribution structure is constructed, a supporting protection frame protects a rock mass caving object, and two sets of supporting sleeve assemblies keep the positions of the two opposite sides of a supporting pipeline stable on the supporting protection frame. A guardrail B of the supporting protection frame is located on the top construction side of a pile hole with a rock mass caving object, a guardrail A of the supporting protection frame is located on the top construction side of the pile hole needing to be opened frequently, and telescopic rods of the two sets of supporting sleeve assemblies drive two arc-shaped sleeves to support the two opposite sides of a supporting pipeline. The problem that a supporting frame cannot prevent rock mass collapsing objects from falling into a pile hole to affect the pouring quality is solved.
