The invention discloses a method for preparing a large-size carbon-carbon crucible by three-dimensional weaving of carbon fibers, which comprises the following steps: S1, preparing a carbon/carbon composite material by using a 2.5 D needled carbon felt as a reinforcement and a phenolic resin solution as a precursor; s2, interweaving the prepared carbon/carbon composite material to prepare a prefabricated part; s3, performing CVI (Chemical Vapor Infiltration) densification on the prefabricated part to complete material permeation molding, so as to prepare a molded part; s4, the formed part is put into a heating furnace to be subjected to high-temperature heat treatment; s5, machining the formed part subjected to high-temperature heat treatment to prepare a rough blank of the crucible, and then carrying out outer surface treatment on the rough blank; s6, the crude blank subjected to surface treatment is put into a vapor deposition furnace, deposition is conducted through vacuumizing heating and propane and argon introduction, the crude blank is taken out after deposition, and the carbon-carbon crucible is obtained.The carbon fibers can better bear external loads, the strength and rigidity of the fibers can be improved, and therefore the overall quality of the crucible is improved.
