The invention relates to a method for weaving a thermal field carbon composite material crucible preform. The method comprises the following steps: S1, selecting carbon fiber plain cloth, annular fiber bundles and a thin net tire as raw materials; s2, needling a layer of carbon fiber plain cloth, a layer of annular fiber bundles and a layer of thin net tire to form unit layers with the thickness of 0.5-0.8 mm, and continuously laying and needling a plurality of unit layers layer by layer to form a crucible and a prefabricated body; wherein the transition joint of the pan body and the pan bottom is staggered, and the extension section is merged into the pan bottom surface in a needling manner. A three-dimensional weaving method is adopted, circumferential carbon fiber bundle weaving is added, the circumferential tensile strength of the crucible body and the crucible bottom is improved, the bearing capacity and crucible bottom expansion stress resistance of the bottom of the carbon/carbon composite material crucible are improved, and therefore the service life is prolonged.
本发明涉及一种热场碳复合材料坩埚预制体编织方法,包括:S1、选择碳纤维平纹布、环向纤维束及薄形网胎作为原材料;S2、将一层碳纤维平纹布、一层环向纤维束及一层薄形网胎针刺形成厚度为0.5‑0.8mm的单元层,并将多个单元层连续铺层逐层针刺成坩埚与预制体;其中锅身与锅底过度接口错位处理,通过针刺方式将延长段并入锅底面。本发明采用三维编织法,增添环向碳纤维束编织,提高埚身及埚底的环向拉伸强度,提高碳/碳复合材料坩埚底部的承载能力及抗埚底膨胀应力能力,从而提高使用寿命。
