A modular bridge expansion device is characterized in that a rectangular cover plate as high as a bridge deck pavement is welded to the top end of a side beam on one side, an elastic-plastic body is arranged between side beams on the two sides of a cross joint and is composed of one or more sets of elastic-plastic body modules with the same height, the elastic-plastic body modules are sequentially arranged in the longitudinal direction, an I-shaped steel main body beam is arranged between the elastic-plastic body modules, and an angle is formed between an elastic-plastic body steel plate and the main body beam; the first side ends of the elastic-plastic bodies are welded with the first edge beam, and the last group of elastic-plastic bodies is not fixedly connected with the rectangular cover plate; and the stone clamping prevention component is laid above the elastic-plastic body. The problem of deformation of connecting parts possibly caused by expansion and contraction of bridge seams in all directions is avoided, and the problems of road surface stone clamping and bridge water leakage are completely eradicated. And the overall structure and the mounting process are simpler and quicker.
一种模数式桥梁伸缩装置,在一侧边梁的顶端焊接有与桥面铺装等高的矩形盖板,跨缝两侧边梁之间设有弹塑体,由纵向依次设置的一组或多组等高的弹塑体模块组成,弹塑体模块之间设置“工”字钢主体梁,弹塑体钢板与主体梁间成一角度,弹塑体的第一侧端与第一边梁焊接,最后一组弹塑体则与矩形盖板不固定连接;弹塑体上方铺设防卡石构件。本发明避免了桥梁梁缝各向伸缩可能带来的连接部件变形问题,杜绝了路面卡石问题和桥梁漏水问题。并且整体构造和安装工艺更加简单快捷。
