Concrete pile mechanical connector
The concrete pile mechanical connector comprises an insertion rod and a check nut, an insertion head at the top of the insertion rod is conical, and a plurality of cutting seams are evenly distributed in the insertion head in the radial direction; the bottom of the inserting rod is a cylindrical base provided with threads, and the inserting rod is in threaded connection with the tensioning hole of the lower end plate; the check nut is provided with an external thread and is connected to the tensioning hole of the upper end plate through the thread; rib penetrating holes communicated with the tensioning holes are formed in the end plates, and steel bars/reinforcing steel bars are mounted in the rib penetrating holes; and when the inserting rod is inserted into the check nut, the connecting plug shrinks and extends out of the opening at the other end of the check nut and then is expanded. During site construction, the check nut with the threads is screwed into the upper end plate of the lower pile section, the insertion rod with the threads is screwed into the lower end plate of the upper pile section, finally the upper pile section is in butt joint with the lower pile section, and pile splicing work is completed through cooperation of the check nut and the insertion rod. The structure is simple, the pile splicing construction efficiency and the mechanical properties of tensile strength, bending resistance and the like of pile body connection can be improved, and meanwhile welding pollution is avoided.
本发明公开了一种混凝土桩机械连接器,包括插杆和止回螺母,插杆顶部的插接头呈锥形,其上沿径向均匀分布有若干条切割缝;插杆底部为设有螺纹的圆柱底座,插杆螺纹连接在下端板张拉孔处;止回螺母设有外螺纹,通过螺纹连接在上端板张拉孔处;端板中设有与张拉孔连通的穿筋孔,穿筋孔中安装有钢棒/钢筋;插杆插入止回螺母时,插接头收缩从止回螺母另一端开口穿出后扩开。现场施工时,将带有螺纹的止回螺母旋入下节桩的上端板中,再将带有螺纹的插杆旋入上节桩的下端板中,最后将上节桩对接下节桩,利用止回螺母与插杆的配合,完成接桩工作。本发明结构简单,能够提高接桩施工效率及桩体连接的抗拉、抗弯等力学性能,同时避免焊接污染。
