The requirement for stability of the implanted steel pipe pile before and in the solidification process of a pile bottom cementing material can be met, application of a temporary pile stabilizing platform in the construction process of a traditional implanted steel pipe pile can be greatly reduced, and therefore the engineering cost is saved, the engineering quality is improved, and the construction progress is accelerated.
