The rock anchoring construction method includes the steps of staking out in a survey, guiding frame laying, steel pipe pile lowering, horizontal support welding, concrete bagging and lowering, operation platform laying, borehole coring, concrete steel pipe burying, structural steel erecting and welding and the like. According to the construction method, a concrete steel pipe is implanted in a trestle pipe pile, in other words, stability of the external pipe pile is achieved under shearing resistance of the concrete steel pipe anchored in a rock layer, and the rock anchoring effect is achieved. Thus, the cost input of materials and equipment is small, the pipe pile recovery rate is high, the technology of the whole construction method is simple, operation is convenient, and the construction period is short.
