The invention discloses an overhead floor slab heat preservation structure. A plurality of anchor bolts are pre-installed on the lower surface of a steel plate of a steel bar truss floor support plate; the bonding layer covers the lower surface of the steel plate except for anchor bolt connection; and the inorganic fiber thermal insulation layer covers the lower surface of the bonding layer except for anchor bolt connection. According to the overhead floor slab heat preservation structure, the anchor bolt is a pre-installation structure of the steel bar truss floor support plate and can reinforce connection between the steel plate and the inorganic fiber heat preservation layer, and the bonding layer is arranged between the inorganic fiber heat preservation layer and the steel plate and can further reinforce connection between the inorganic fiber heat preservation layer and the steel plate; according to the construction method of the overhead floor slab heat preservation structure, the anchor bolts are firstly driven into the steel plate, the influence of impact force generated by driving the anchor bolts on the inorganic fiber heat preservation layer can be avoided, falling of the inorganic fiber heat preservation layer caused by vibration is avoided, and the construction quality of the heat preservation layer on site is guaranteed; and the inorganic fiber is sprayed, so that the formed inorganic fiber thermal insulation layer is of an integrated structure, and a cold bridge is not easy to form.
