The construction method comprises the following steps that the diameter of a steel bar needed by a steel bar mesh in a concrete protection layer is calculated; the laying distance of steel bars of the steel bar mesh on the horizontal plane and the number of used steel bars are calculated; calculating the construction thickness of the thermal insulation and sound insulation layer based on the designed heat transfer coefficient and the designed sound insulation index of the thermal insulation and sound insulation layer; the surface of the floor base layer is cleaned, and a vertical sound insulation piece and an edge protection layer are pasted; preparing a thermal insulation and sound insulation layer material to form a thermal insulation and sound insulation layer; constructing a leveling layer; after the leveling layer is dried, concrete is poured to form a concrete protection layer; and completing the construction of the heat-preservation and sound-insulation floor structure. The construction process is simplified, and the construction difficulty and cost are reduced; the damp-proof and mildew-proof gypsum self-leveling mortar effectively prevents the problems of damp and mildew of the floor.
