The invention relates to construction of a water-cooled beam stand column castable, in particular to a pouring mold of the water-cooled beam stand column castable and a construction method of the pouring mold. The pouring mold comprises two shaping mold plates, rib plates and an inner mold, the two shaping mold plates are both square plates, and through holes matched with the arc surface of the appearance of the castable are formed in the middles of the two shaping mold plates respectively; the two shaping templates are connected through the rib plate to form a mold main body which is arranged up and down and forms a frame body with the rib plate; and the inner film is a cylinder formed by rolling a galvanized iron sheet, the shape of the cylinder is matched with that of the middle through holes of the shaping templates, and the inner film is arranged in the middle round holes of the two shaping templates and is connected with the die main body into a whole. The problems that a pouring mold is manufactured by using a steel plate originally, the manufacturing cost is reduced, and the shape of a steel plate mold is not easy to control are solved, and when the mold is applied to construction, the construction cost can be saved, and the labor efficiency is improved.
本发明涉及水冷梁立柱浇注料的施工,具体是一种水冷梁立柱浇注料的浇注模具及其施工方法。浇注模具包括定型模板、筋板、内膜,定型模板包括两块,均为方形板材,两块定型模板的中间分别开设有与浇注料外形圆弧面相适应的通孔;两块定型模板通过筋板连接为上、下布置的且与筋板构成框架体的模具主体;内膜为镀锌铁皮卷成的筒体,筒体形状与定型模板的中间通孔匹配,内膜置于两块定型模板的中间圆孔内并与所述模具主体连接为一体。本发明解决了原有用钢板制作浇注模具,降低了制作成本,解决了钢板模具形状不易控制的难题,应用该模具施工,能够节约施工成本,提高劳动效率。
