The invention discloses an auxiliary device and method for construction of a large-span high-roof profiled steel sheet composite floor, and the method comprises the following steps: laying a profiled steel sheet on a steel beam, and then fixing the profiled steel sheet and the steel beam by using studs; a fixing frame is placed on a steel beam and arranged above a profiled steel sheet, a base plate is placed below the profiled steel sheet, then a screw sequentially penetrates through the fixing frame, the profiled steel sheet and the base plate to connect the fixing frame, the profiled steel sheet and the base plate together, and a first nut below the base plate is screwed to drive the base plate to move upwards so as to drive the profiled steel sheet at the base plate to arch upwards. Compared with the prior art, the profiled steel sheet is fixed to the steel beam through the studs to prevent the profiled steel sheet from moving during concrete pouring and settling after concrete pouring, but due to the fact that the profiled steel sheet is pre-arched through the tension mechanism, deformation of the profiled steel sheet is small, and the forming effect is good; the deformation of the floor roof can be well controlled; and secondly, the method is simple and efficient in the actual implementation process.
本发明公开了一种大跨度高屋面压型钢板组合楼板施工辅助装置及方法,包括如下步骤:将压型钢板铺设在钢梁上,然后使用栓钉将压型钢板与钢梁固定;在钢梁上放置固定架,固定架设置在压型钢板的上方,将垫板放置在压型钢板的下方,然后螺杆依次穿过固定架、压型钢板和垫板将三者连接在一起,拧动垫板下方的第一螺母,驱使垫板向上移动从而带动垫板处的压型钢板向上拱起。与现有技术相比,本发明通过栓钉将压型钢板固定在钢梁上,以防止浇筑混凝土时压型钢板移动,浇筑混凝土后,压型钢板会发生沉降,但由于通过拉力机构使压型钢板预拱起,最终使压型钢板变形小,成型效果好,能很好的控制楼板屋面的变形;其次,本方法在实际实施过程中,简捷高效。
