The invention discloses a novel prestressed profiled steel sheet T-shaped section large-span composite beam which comprises a T-shaped section concrete beam, a connecting cover plate is embedded in the top of the T-shaped section concrete beam, a plurality of connecting pieces are fixedly installed on the connecting cover plate, and holes for the connecting pieces to penetrate through are reserved in a prestressed profiled steel sheet concrete plate. The prestressed profiled steel sheet concrete slab structure can be installed on the top of the T-shaped section concrete beam to be combined into the T-shaped section large-span composite beam, and the hole in the prestressed profiled steel sheet concrete slab structure just allows the connecting piece to penetrate into. When the connection mode of the prefabricated prestressed profiled steel sheet concrete slab and the concrete beam is considered, the design thought of'dry and wet mixed connection 'is mainly adopted, that is, on the basis of connection of connecting pieces, a high-strength and high-toughness UHPC material post-cast strip is arranged at the end connection position of the prestressed profiled steel sheet concrete slab; the composite beam structure has good overall performance and deformability, the construction progress can be effectively accelerated, and cost is saved.
本发明公开了新型预应力压型钢板T形截面大跨度组合梁,包括T形截面混凝土梁,T形截面混凝土梁顶部预埋连接盖板,连接盖板上固定安装有若干个连接件,预应力压型钢板混凝土板上预留有供连接件穿过孔洞,预应力压型钢板混凝土板结构能安装在T形截面混凝土梁顶部组合为T形截面大跨度组合梁,预应力压型钢板混凝土板结构上的孔洞正好供连接件穿入。本发明在考虑预制预应力压型钢板混凝土板与混凝土梁的连接方式时,主要采用“干湿混合连接”的设计思路,即在连接件连接的基础上,在预应力压型钢板混凝土板端连接处设置高强度和高韧性的UHPC材料后浇带,使组合梁结构具有良好的整体性能和变形能力,并能有效加快施工进度、节约成本。
