The vehicle door automatic opening and closing actuator comprises a driving part, a transmission part, an actuating mechanism and a shell, at least part of the wall of the shell forms a uniform-section cavity, a pushing part comprises a guiding part, the wall of the shell is provided with a guiding matching part in sliding/rolling fit with the guiding part, and the guiding matching part is provided with a waterproof part. On the basis of sliding/rolling fit of the guide part and the guide matching part, the pushing part can perform stable linear action in the uniform-section cavity; and the waterproof component is arranged to shield the drainage hole of the shell so as to prevent external water from entering the cavity where the execution rod is located. The invention further provides a vehicle door automatic opening and closing actuator with the brake device and a motor vehicle.
