The invention discloses plastering mortar as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The plastering mortar comprises the following components in parts by weight: 60-100 parts of shield muck; 20 to 50 parts of cement; 5 to 40 parts of graded sand; 3-10 parts of quick lime; 1 to 10 parts of redispersible latex powder; 0.1 to 1 part of fiber; the invention relates to a high-strength concrete, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.1-0.5 part of a polymethyl methacrylate-methacrylic acid copolymer, 0.1-0.5 part of an organic silicon water repellent and 0.5-3 parts of a compound water reducing agent, and the compound water reducing agent is a mixture formed by one or more of sodium hexametaphosphate, sodium tripolyphosphate, sodium pyrophosphate, sodium carbonate, sodium phosphate and sodium oxalate. According to the plastering mortar, the compound water reducing agent is added, so that the problems that the shield muck is high in viscosity and difficult to stir uniformly are effectively solved, and the obtained plastering mortar has good working performance and decorative effect and has the functions of heat preservation, heat insulation and indoor humidity adjustment.
