The novel unsaturated phosphate type polyether monomer developed by the invention can be directly used for synthesis of a polycarboxylate superplasticizer, and the obtained polycarboxylate superplasticizer is widely concerned by the industry due to the special properties of low mixing amount, high water-reducing rate, good concrete workability, good dispersion retention ability, applicability at a low water/ash ratio and the like. In addition, the unsaturated phosphate type polyether monomer can also be applied to the field of daily chemicals and the like.
