Unsaturated branched polyether, preparation method thereof and application of unsaturated branched polyether in preparation of phosphate water reducer
The invention provides unsaturated branched polyether, a preparation method of the unsaturated branched polyether and application of the unsaturated branched polyether in preparation of a phosphate water reducer, the unsaturated branched polyether is prepared by the following steps: performing epoxy ring-opening reaction on an unsaturated epoxy compound and polyhydric alcohol to obtain unsaturated polyhydric alcohol, and then performing alkoxylation reaction on the unsaturated polyhydric alcohol and alkylene oxide; the phosphate water reducer is prepared from unsaturated branched polyether, an unsaturated phosphoric acid monomer and an unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer through a free radical copolymerization reaction. In the prepared phosphate water reducer containing branched polyether, the branched polyether has a more stretched spatial conformation in a cement environment, can provide a space structure larger than that of straight-chain polyether, and prevents agglomeration among cement particles; meanwhile, more phosphate groups are contained in molecules of the phosphate-based water reducer, so that the phosphate-based water reducer has a better adsorption effect on cement in a cement environment; a concrete experiment shows that the prepared phosphate-based water reducing agent does not influence the gas content and the mechanical strength of concrete.
本发明提供了一种不饱和支化聚醚及其制备方法和其制备磷酸基减水剂的应用,该不饱和支化聚醚是由不饱和环氧化合物与多元醇发生环氧开环反应得到不饱和多元醇,之后不饱和多元醇与环氧烷烃发生烷氧基化反应获得;磷酸基减水剂由不饱和支化聚醚、不饱和磷酸单体、不饱和羧酸单体通过自由基共聚反应得到。制备的含有支化聚醚的磷酸基减水剂分子中,支化聚醚在水泥环境中具有更舒展的空间构象,可以提供比直链聚醚更大的空间结构,阻止了水泥颗粒之间的团聚;同时该磷酸基减水剂分子中还含有较多的磷酸基团,在水泥环境中对水泥具有更好的吸附作用;且在混凝土实验中发现,制备的磷酸基减水剂并不会影响混凝土的含气量和力学强度。
