The invention relates to the technical field of polyurethane, and particularly discloses a cast-in-place mixed polyurethane runway surface layer and a preparation process thereof. The cast-in-place mixed type polyurethane runway surface layer comprises an elastic layer, a reinforcing layer and an anti-skid layer which are sequentially laid from bottom to top, the anti-skid layer is formed by mixing and curing a polyurethane mixture and anti-skid filler, and the polyurethane mixture comprises, by weight, 30-50 parts of polyether polyol, 12-16 parts of diisocyanate, 12-16 parts of modified bamboo and wood fibers and 6-8 parts of plasticizer. 2-4 parts of acrylate, 6-10 parts of acrylate, 2-4 parts of a coloring agent and 0.4-0.8 part of a dispersing aid, and the modified bamboo and wood fibers are bamboo and wood fibers with vinyl grafted on the surfaces. The acrylate, the acrylate and the modified bamboo and wood fibers can form a ternary copolymer under the action of ultraviolet light, so that the loss of mechanical properties of the bamboo and wood fibers due to ultraviolet aging is made up, and the durability of the anti-skid layer under ultraviolet irradiation is favorably improved.
